浮而细软，如帛在水中，轻按即得，重按即无。
Floating, thin, and soft, like silk in water—felt at once with light pressure, lost entirely under heavy pressure.
主诸虚，又主湿证。精血两伤，中气不足则脉濡；湿邪困遏，气机不畅亦见濡脉。
Indicates various deficiencies and also damp patterns. When essence and blood are both injured and centre qi is insufficient the pulse becomes soggy; dampness obstructing qi dynamic likewise produces a soggy quality.
