Tongue body enlarged filling the mouth, color pale-red or somewhat pale, covered with a thick, greasy, slippery white coating that cannot be scraped off.
主痰湿内盛；脾失健运，湿聚成痰，痰湿上泛于舌。
Indicates internal accumulation of phlegm-damp; the spleen fails to transform and transport, damp gathers into phlegm which then floods upward to the tongue.
