Posterior and inferior to the shoulder joint, 1 cun above the posterior axillary fold when the arm is adducted

Needling

直刺 1–1.5 寸

frees the channels and quickens the connecting vessels
reduces swelling and disperses nodulation

肩臂疼痛、上肢不遂shoulder and arm pain, upper limb motor impairment
瘰疬scrofula
