颈部，前正中线上，胸骨上窝中央

On the neck, on the anterior midline, in the center of the suprasternal fossa

Needling

先直刺0.2寸，然后将针尖转向下方，沿胸骨柄后面刺入 0.3–0.5 寸

Actions · 功效

broadens the chest and rectifies qi
transforms phlegm and benefits the throat
bears counterflow downward and stops vomiting

Indications · 主治

咳嗽、气喘、咽喉肿痛cough, wheezing, sore swollen throat
梅核气、噎膈plum-pit qi (globus hystericus), esophageal obstruction
暴喑、瘿气sudden aphonia, goiter

Cautions

针刺操作须谨慎，先直刺再转向下方沿胸骨后壁滑入，禁止向两侧偏斜。深部有气管及大血管。
