项部，后正中线上，第一颈椎（寰椎）棘突下凹陷中，后发际正中直上0.5寸

On the nape, on the posterior midline, in the depression below the spinous process of the 1st cervical vertebra (atlas), 0.5 cun above the midpoint of the posterior hairline

Needling

伏案正坐，向下颌方向缓慢刺入 0.5–1 寸

Indications · 主治

暴喑、舌强不语、聋哑sudden aphonia, stiff tongue with inability to speak, deaf-mutism
癫狂、癫痫mania, epilepsy
头痛、项强headache, stiff neck

Cautions

严禁深刺或向上斜刺，针尖朝向下颌方向，深度不超过1寸。深部为延髓，误刺可致生命危险。禁灸。
