The foundational formula for drying dampness and harmonizing the Stomach, composed of cang zhu, hou po, chen pi, and zhi gan cao. Indicated for dampness encumbering the Spleen yang with epigastric glomus and poor appetite. Many subsequent dampness-drying formulas are derived from this base, including Bu Huan Jin Zheng Qi San and Huo Xiang Zheng Qi San.
