The dried ripe seeds of Benincasa hispida (Cucurbitaceae). Enters the Lung and Large Intestine channels. Excels at clearing the Lung, transforming phlegm, disinhibiting dampness, and expelling pus, commonly used for lung and intestinal abscesses.
