The dried whole plant of Centipeda minima (Asteraceae). Warm and pungent, entering the Lung channel. Opens the nasal passages and disperses wind-cold; can be taken internally or ground into powder and insufflated to induce sneezing, a traditional folk remedy for nasal obstruction and sinusitis.
