Chain Fern Rhizome

The dried rhizome of Cibotium barometz (Dicksoniaceae). Enters the Liver and Kidney channels. Warmly supplements the Liver and Kidney, dispels wind-dampness, and strengthens the lower back and knees, especially for lumbar pain and spinal stiffness from Liver-Kidney insufficiency.
