现代药用藿香多为唇形科广藿香(Pogostemon cablin)。古方藿香正气散为代表方,治外感风寒、内伤湿滞之暑湿证。不宜久煎,后下或短煎以存其芳香之气。
藿香正气散,治伤寒头疼,憎寒壮热,上喘咳嗽,五劳七伤,八般风痰,五般膈气,心腹冷痛,反胃呕恶,气泻霍乱。
