The dried aerial part of Glechoma longituba (Lamiaceae). Cool, pungent and bitter, entering the Liver, Kidney, and Bladder channels. Clears heat, drains dampness, and frees strangury to expel stones; a folk remedy for urolithiasis. Also resolves toxicity and reduces swelling; fresh herb poultice is effective externally for sores and bruises.
