Fresh (undried) form of He Ye (Nelumbo nucifera leaf). Retains the same Liver, Spleen, and Stomach channel entry as dried He Ye but with a higher volatile aromatic content, yielding stronger summerheat-clearing and outward-venting action, preferred for acute summer heatstroke with vexation and thirst.

鲜荷叶较干品保留更多挥发性芳香成分,具清暑解热、清轻透发之力更强。
Fresh lotus leaf (Sheng He Ye) retains more volatile aromatics than the dried form and is preferred for summer-heat clearing and outward venting.
鲜荷叶苦甘平,清暑热,解暑湿,尤宜夏令中暑烦渴。
Fresh He Ye is bitter-sweet and neutral, clearing summer-heat and resolving summer-damp, especially suited to summer heatstroke with irritability and thirst.
