The dried aerial part of Lycopus lucidus var. hirtus (Lamiaceae). Enters the Liver and Spleen channels. Bitter, pungent, and slightly warm, it invigorates blood while also moving water to reduce swelling, useful in gynecological blood stasis with concurrent edema.
