Cardinal Symptoms · 主症

dizziness and vertigo
tinnitus
aching and weakness of the low back and knees
dull pain in the hypochondrium

Secondary Symptoms · 次症

heat in the five hearts
night sweating
dry mouth and throat
dry eyes and blurred vision

Etiology · 病因

Prolonged illness consuming yin, excessive sexual activity, or yin fluid depletion after warm-heat disease.

Pathomechanism · 病机

Liver-Kidney yin is depleted; ministerial fire stirs recklessly and vacuity heat arises internally.
