脾气下陷证

Cardinal Symptoms · 主症

• heavy sagging sensation with fullness and distension of the epigastrium and abdomen, worse after eating
• frequent urge to defecate with bearing-down sensation at the anus
• persistent diarrhea, or in severe cases rectal prolapse
• or uterine prolapse

Secondary Symptoms · 次症

• shortness of breath and lack of strength
• lusterless complexion
• dizziness and vertigo

Pathomechanism · 病机

Spleen qi vacuity with failure to raise and lift, so the clear yang sinks downward.
