Cardinal Symptoms · 主症

• aching and weakness of the low back and knees
• frequent copious clear urination, or dribbling after voiding
• enuresis or post-void dribbling
• spermatorrhea and premature ejaculation in men

Secondary Symptoms · 次症

• pale complexion
• diminished hearing
• copious clear thin vaginal discharge in women

Etiology · 病因

Aging with Kidney qi depletion, congenital insufficiency, or excessive sexual activity.

Pathomechanism · 病机

Kidney qi is depleted and fails to secure and contain.
