泻热破瘀

Drain heat and break stasis

Cardinal Symptoms · 主症

lesser abdominal urgency and binding, or hardness and fullness
normal urination
mania-like agitation or frank mania

Secondary Symptoms · 次症

dark-colored stool
thirst without desire to drink

Etiology · 病因

Taiyang exterior evil not resolved, entering the fu organ along the channel; heat binds with blood in the lower burner.

Pathomechanism · 病机

Heat binds with blood in the lower burner; stasis and heat congeal together.
