Treatment Principle

温经散寒，行气止痛

Warm the channels and scatter cold; move qi and stop pain

Cardinal Symptoms · 主症

distending pain in the lower abdomen radiating to the testicles
lateral sagging pain
relieved by warmth

Secondary Symptoms · 次症

pale complexion
fear of cold with cold limbs

Etiology · 病因

Cold congelation in the Small Intestine, obstructing the qi mechanism.

Pathomechanism · 病机

Cold congeals in the Small Intestine, the qi mechanism is obstructed, and obstruction leads to pain.
