金代寒凉学派宗师刘完素所著，是其学术思想的代表作之一。书中阐发《素问》病机十九条，结合运气学说，提出「六气皆从火化」、「五志过极皆为热」的重要观点，开后世火热论先河，并为温病学说奠定了理论基础。

金代刘完素撰，共三卷。本书在阐发《素问》病机理论的基础上，结合临证提出以清热泻火为主的治疗思路，载方亦多以凉润为法，是寒凉学派的经典文献。
