清代王维德所著，是清代外科全生派的代表作。书中创立「阴阳辨证」为外科总纲，主张痈阳疽阴，治阳证用清凉、治阴证用温通，传世名方阳和汤、小金丹、犀黄丸、醒消丸皆载于此书。

清代王洪绪所撰外科专书，三卷本流传最广。书中以阴阳辨证为纲论治外科痈疽疮疡，强调内消、内托法，反对滥用刀针，载方简要而疗效显著，深受后世外科医家推崇。
