某妇，患温病旬日，壮热不退，入夜尤甚，烦躁不安，时有谵语，口干反不甚渴饮，肌肤隐隐斑疹，舌质红绛无苔，脉细数。

A woman, ill with warm disease for some ten days, with robust fever that would not abate, worse at night, restless and agitated with intermittent delirious speech; mouth dry yet paradoxically not craving drink; faint macular rash dimly visible beneath the skin; tongue crimson and denuded; pulse thin and rapid.

温热之邪内陷心营，热灼营阴，神明受扰。属营分证。

投清营汤清营透热，加竹茹以清心化痰。三剂后神清语正，斑疹消退；继以育阴之品调理，旬日而安。
