京大戟含大戟二萜酯类和三萜,为峻下逐水主要活性成分,毒性明显,醋制后减毒。
Jing Da Ji (Euphorbia pekinensis) contains diterpene esters and triterpenes as principal cathartic water-driving bioactives with marked toxicity; vinegar processing mitigates toxicity.
大戟苦寒有毒,泻水逐饮,消肿散结;禁与甘草同用。
Bitter-cold and toxic; drains water, reduces swelling, and disperses masses; incompatible with Gan Cao.
大戟所含二萜酯致严重胃肠刺激,剂量须严格限制并只用制品。
Da Ji diterpene esters cause severe GI irritation; dosage must be strictly limited and only processed material used.
