涌吐解毒
涌吐0.3-0.6g（极少使用）；外用适量研末调敷

剧毒，不宜内服。体虚者禁用涌吐。
剧毒矿物药！胆矾为硫酸铜（CuSO₄·5H₂O），内服极易致铜中毒——剧烈恶心呕吐、腹痛、血尿、溶血、肝衰竭，大量可致死。现代基本不用于内服。外用可致皮肤刺激。
胆矾，味酸涩，寒。主明目，目痛，金疮，诸痫痉。

胆矾含硫酸铜，低剂量刺激胃黏膜引起呕吐，外用有抑菌收敛作用。铜离子毒性极大，现代已基本弃用内服。
Dan fan contains copper sulfate; at low doses stimulates gastric mucosa to induce vomiting. Topically has antibacterial and astringent effects. Copper ion toxicity is extreme — internal use is essentially abandoned in modern practice.
《中国药典》收载但标注剧毒，严格限制使用。
Listed in Chinese Pharmacopoeia but labeled as highly toxic with strict use restrictions.
