攻下药寒cold 甘sweet 苦bitter

豆科植物狭叶番泻或尖叶番泻的干燥小叶。归大肠经。苦寒沉降，善泻下通便，为治热结便秘之要药。

泻下通便Purge downward and free the stool
清积导滞Clear accumulation and abduct stagnation
行水消胀Move water and reduce distention

热结便秘Constipation due to heat bind
腹水肿胀Ascites with abdominal distention
食积腹胀Food accumulation with abdominal bloating

用量 · 用量

每日量 · 煎服 · 成人非妊娠

2–6 g

后下或泡服。缓下用1.5–3g，攻下用5–10g
