攻下药寒cold 苦bitter

大戟科植物甘遂的干燥块根。归肺、肾、大肠经。峻下逐水之力最强，为逐水要药。有毒，反甘草。

泻水逐饮Drain water and expel retained fluid
消肿散结Reduce swelling and dissipate nodulation
通利二便Free the stool and urine

主治 · 主治

水肿腹胀Edema with abdominal distention
胸胁停饮Retained fluid in the chest and hypochondria
痰迷癫痫Epilepsy due to phlegm clouding

用量 · 用量

每日量 · 煎服 · 成人非妊娠

0.5–1.5 g

入丸散。有毒，醋制减毒。反甘草（十八反）
