本草Ligustici Rhizoma et Radix

Gǎo Běn

Chinese Lovage Rhizome

辛温解表药温warm 辛pungent

伞形科植物藁本或辽藁本的干燥根茎及根。性温味辛，归膀胱经。善治太阳经巅顶头痛，为治风寒头痛之要药，尤以巅顶疼痛为其特长。

祛风散寒Dispel wind and dissipate cold
胜湿止痛Overcome dampness and alleviate pain
通络止痛Unblock the collaterals and stop pain

风寒头痛，巅顶疼痛Wind-cold headache, especially vertex headache
风湿痹痛Wind-damp impediment pain
寒湿腹痛Cold-damp abdominal pain

每日量 · 煎服 · 成人非妊娠
