本草Cassiae Semen

清热泻火药凉cool 甘sweet 苦bitter 咸salty

豆科植物决明或小决明的干燥成熟种子。性凉味甘苦咸，归肝、大肠经。善清肝火而明目，为治目赤肿痛之常用药，又能润肠通便、平抑肝阳，兼治头目眩晕及便秘。
