莲须——睡莲科植物莲的干燥雄蕊，与莲子、荷叶、莲房、藕节同出一株。归心、肾经。甘涩平，固肾涩精，用于遗精、滑精、遗尿、崩漏带下。

Lian Xu contains flavonoids and tannins with astringent, antioxidant, and hemostatic effects; used to secure essence and stop leukorrhea.
