本草Viticis Fructus

蔓荆子

Màn Jīng Zǐ

辛凉解表药凉cool 辛pungent 苦bitter

马鞭草科植物单叶蔓荆或蔓荆的干燥成熟果实。性凉味辛苦，归膀胱、肝、胃经。长于疏散风热、清利头目，为治风热头痛及目疾之常用药。

祛风止痛Dispel wind and stop pain

风热头痛，头昏目眩Wind-heat headache with dizziness
目赤肿痛Red, swollen, painful eyes
风湿痹痛，肢体拘急Wind-damp impediment pain with stiffness of the limbs
