燥湿运脾，行气和胃

Dry dampness and transport in the Spleen; move qi and harmonize the Stomach

脘腹痞闷胀满
纳呆食少
口淡无味或口甜口黏
肢体困重
大便溏薄

恶心欲吐
头重如裹

病因 · 病因

饮食不节，过食生冷油腻；或外感湿邪，困遏脾胃

病机 · 病机

湿邪困遏中焦，脾胃运化失常
