主阳盛实热、气血痰食停滞。亦见于脏气衰败、真阴将绝之虚证。
Indicates exuberant yang with excess heat or stagnation of qi, blood, phlegm, and food. It also appears in failing organ qi and the imminent collapse of true yin.
