Tongue body enlarged and fills the mouth when protruded; color pale, with distinct tooth imprints along the lateral margins and a thin moist white coating.
主脾气虚或脾阳虚；脾失健运，水湿内停，舌体因湿而胖，受齿压而成齿痕。
Indicates spleen qi deficiency or spleen yang deficiency; failing transport and transformation allow damp to swell the tongue, which is then indented by the teeth.
