Sì Wù Tāng

Four Substances Decoction

The foundational blood-supplementing formula composed of shu di huang, dang gui, bai shao, and chuan xiong. It is the ancestral formula for gynecological menstrual regulation, tonifying and invigorating blood simultaneously. All four herbs are cardinal blood-level medicinals.
