• late-afternoon tidal fever
• abdominal fullness with hard pain that refuses pressure
• constipation

Secondary Symptoms · 次症

• profuse sweating of the hands and feet
• short dark urination

Etiology · 病因

Externally contracted pathogen transforms into heat and binds with intestinal waste, forming dry stools.

Pathomechanism · 病机

Pathogenic heat contends with undigested waste, binding in the yangming bowel.
