Tongue pale, surface so wet it appears about to drip, with an overly moist or slippery white coating, sometimes pooling saliva.
主脾阳虚衰，水湿内停，或阳虚寒凝；津液不化而上溢于舌。
Indicates spleen yang deficiency with internal water-damp retention, or yang-deficiency cold; unprocessed fluids rise and flood the tongue surface.
