The Shang Han Lun formula for greater yang water-amassing (xu shui) syndrome, with impaired Bladder qi transformation causing inhibited urination, headache, mild fever, vexing thirst with immediate vomiting after drinking (water counterflow). The ancestral formula for promoting urination, percolating dampness, and warming yang to transform qi, composed of ze xie, zhu ling, fu ling, bai zhu, and gui zhi.

上五味,捣为散,以白饮和服方寸匕,日三服,多饮暖水,汗出愈。
