三部脉举按皆有力，来去俱盛，脉形长大而充实。
All three positions are forceful on both lifting and pressing; arrival and departure are vigorous; the pulse is long, large, and filled.
主实证。邪气亢盛而正气不虚，正邪交争有力，故脉实而有力。
Indicates excess patterns. Pathogenic qi is rampant while upright qi remains unweakened; the vigorous contest produces a full, forceful pulse.
