New to this? Read about the Sovereign-Minister-Assistant-Courier hierarchy
The representative formula for clearing heat and cooling the blood. Originally using rhinoceros horn as sovereign (now substituted by water buffalo horn), its four herbs combine heat-clearing blood-cooling with blood-invigorating stasis-dispersing actions, ensuring that heat is cleared and blood is calmed without the risk of congealing stasis. Indicated for various bleeding patterns caused by heat entering the blood level.
