Enuresis refers to involuntary urination during sleep. The pathomechanism is the Bladder losing restraint and Kidney qi failing to secure.
Key differentiation: Kidney qi insecurity has frequent enuresis with clear copious urine; Spleen-Lung qi vacuity has enuresis with pale face and loose stools.
