Stroke presents with sudden collapse, loss of consciousness, hemiplegia, facial deviation, and speech impairment. The pathomechanism involves chaotic rebellion of qi and blood ascending to assault the brain.
Key differentiation: Channel-network stroke has hemiplegia with clear consciousness; organ-bowel stroke has collapse with unconsciousness. Closed pattern (repletion); abandoned pattern (vacuity).
