Wu Jutong's formula from Wen Bing Tiao Bian for early-stage damp-warmth and summerheat-dampness. The 'three kernels'—xing ren, bai dou kou, and yi yi ren—diffuse the upper burner, open the middle burner, and percolate the lower burner respectively, combined with ban xia, hou po, hua shi, and others to separate and discharge damp-heat across all three burners. This embodies Wu Jutong's principle: 'Treat the upper like a feather, the middle like a balance, the lower like a weight.'
