Warm the Gallbladder Decoction

From Chen Yan's San Yin Ji Yi Bing Zheng Fang Lun, despite the name 'Warm the Gallbladder,' the formula's nature is actually cool and balanced. It treats Gallbladder-Stomach disharmony with phlegm-heat internal disturbance causing vacuity vexation and insomnia, susceptibility to fright, nausea, hiccup, epilepsy, palpitations, and a slippery wiry pulse with a white or yellow greasy tongue coating. Built from Er Chen Tang with the addition of zhi shi and zhu ru.
