Leukorrhea refers to abnormally increased vaginal discharge with changes in color, consistency, or odor. Dampness is the primary pathogenic factor, divided into damp-heat and cold-damp types.
Key differentiation: Clear copious odorless discharge suggests Spleen vacuity with dampness; yellow thick foul-smelling discharge suggests damp-heat; cold watery discharge suggests Kidney yang vacuity.
