治荣卫气虚,脏腑怯弱,心腹胀满,全不思食,肠鸣泄泻,呕哕吐逆,大宜服之。人参、白茯苓、白术、甘草各等分。
今译治疗营卫气虚、脏腑虚弱所致的胸腹胀满、不思饮食、肠鸣腹泻、呕吐反胃等症,最为适宜。组成:人参、白茯苓、白术、甘草,各取等量。
治痰饮为患,或呕吐恶心,或头眩心悸,或中脘不快,或发为寒热,或因食生冷,脾胃不和。半夏汤洗七次、橘红各五两,白茯苓三两,甘草炙一两半。右为㕮咀,每服四钱,用水一盏,生姜七片,乌梅一个,同煎六分,去滓,热服,不拘时候。
今译治疗痰饮所致诸病——或呕吐恶心,或头晕心悸,或胃脘不适,或发为寒热,或因食生冷致脾胃失和。药用半夏(汤洗七次)、橘红各五两,白茯苓三两,炙甘草一两半。以上切碎,每服四钱,水一盏,加生姜七片、乌梅一枚,同煎至六分,去渣,热服,不拘时。
Treats disorders caused by phlegm-rheum: vomiting and nausea, dizziness and palpitations, epigastric discomfort, alternating chills and fever, or Spleen-Stomach disharmony from cold raw foods. Ban Xia (washed seven times in hot water) and Ju Hong, five liang each; Bai Fu Ling three liang; honey-fried Gan Cao, one and a half liang. Cut coarse; per dose take four qian with a bowl of water, seven slices of fresh ginger, and one wu mei plum. Decoct to six-tenths, remove dregs, and drink hot at any hour.
治血虚劳倦,五心烦热,肢体疼痛,头目昏重,心忪颊赤,口燥咽干,发热盗汗,减食嗜卧,及血热相搏,月水不调,脐腹胀痛,寒热如疟。又疗室女血弱阴虚,荣卫不和,痰嗽潮热,肌体羸瘦,渐成骨蒸。甘草微炙赤半两、当归去苗锉微炒、茯苓去皮白者、白芍药、白术、柴胡去苗各一两。右为粗末,每服二钱,水一大盏,烧生姜一块切破,薄荷少许,同煎至七分,去滓热服,不拘时候。
今译治血虚劳倦,手足心与胸中烦热,肢体酸痛,头目昏重,心跳颊红,口燥咽干,发热盗汗,饮食减少,倦怠嗜卧;以及血热相搏、月经不调、脐腹胀痛、寒热如疟。又治未嫁女子血弱阴虚、营卫不和、咳嗽有痰、潮热、形体消瘦,渐成骨蒸。药用炙甘草半两,去苗微炒当归、去皮白茯苓、白芍、白术、去苗柴胡各一两。共为粗末,每服二钱,水一大盏,加煨生姜一块切破、薄荷少许,同煎至七分,去渣热服,不拘时。
Treats blood deficiency with weary fatigue, the 'five heart' vexation-heat, body aches, heavy dim head, palpitations with red cheeks, parched mouth and dry throat, fever and night sweats, poor appetite and drowsiness; also blood-heat clashing with qi, irregular menstruation, periumbilical distension and pain, and malaria-like chills and fever. It further treats unmarried women with weak blood and yin deficiency, disharmony of the nutritive and protective, phlegmy cough, tidal fever, emaciated body progressing to steaming-bone fever. Honey-fried Gan Cao half a liang; Dang Gui (sprouts removed, lightly stir-fried), Bai Fu Ling (skin removed), Bai Shao, Bai Zhu, and Chai Hu (sprouts removed) one liang each. Grind coarse; two qian per dose with a large bowl of water, one piece of roasted ginger split open, and a little Bo He. Decoct to seven-tenths, remove dregs, and drink hot at any hour.

卷之九 · 治妇人诸疾
调益荣卫,滋养气血。治冲任虚损,月水不调,脐腹㽲痛,崩中漏下,血瘕块硬,发歇疼痛,妊娠宿冷,将理失宜,胎动不安,血下不止,及产后乘虚,风寒内搏,恶露不下,结生瘕聚,少腹坚痛,时作寒热。当归去芦酒浸炒、川芎、白芍药、熟干地黄酒洒蒸各等分。右为粗末,每服三钱,水一盏半,煎至八分,去滓热服,空心食前。
今译调和营卫,滋养气血。治疗冲任虚损、月经不调、脐腹绞痛、崩漏、血块坚硬、时发时止的疼痛、妊娠宿有虚寒、调理失当、胎动不安、下血不止,以及产后虚弱、风寒内搏、恶露不下、瘀血结聚、少腹硬痛、时作寒热。药用酒浸炒当归(去芦)、川芎、白芍、酒洒蒸熟地黄各等分。共为粗末,每服三钱,水一盏半,煎至八分,去渣热服,空腹食前。
Regulates and supplements the nutritive and protective; enriches and nourishes qi and blood. Treats deficiency-damage of the Chong and Ren vessels with irregular menstruation, griping periumbilical pain, flooding and spotting, hard blood masses, intermittent pain, long-standing cold in pregnancy, mismanaged care, restless fetus with incessant bleeding, and postpartum weakness allowing wind-cold to clash within so that the lochia fails to descend and static blood gathers into masses with hard lower abdominal pain and alternating chills and fever. Dang Gui (rhizome removed, wine-soaked and stir-fried), Chuan Xiong, Bai Shao, and wine-sprinkled steamed Shu Di Huang, in equal parts. Grind coarse; per dose take three qian with a cup and a half of water, decoct to eight-tenths, remove dregs, and drink hot before meals on an empty stomach.
治伤寒头疼,憎寒壮热,上喘咳嗽,五劳七伤,八般风痰,五般膈气,心腹冷痛,反胃呕恶,气泻霍乱,脏腑虚鸣,山岚瘴疟,遍身虚肿。大腹皮、白芷、紫苏、茯苓去皮各一两,半夏曲、白术、陈皮去白、厚朴去粗皮姜汁炙、苦桔梗各二两,藿香去土三两,甘草炙二两半。右为细末,每服二钱,水一盏,姜钱三片,枣一枚,同煎至七分,热服。
今译治外感伤寒、头痛怕冷壮热、气喘咳嗽,以及五劳七伤、各种风痰、膈中气滞、心腹冷痛、反胃呕恶、水泻霍乱、脏腑虚鸣、山岚瘴疟、全身虚肿。药用大腹皮、白芷、紫苏、去皮茯苓各一两,半夏曲、白术、去白陈皮、姜汁炙去粗皮厚朴、苦桔梗各二两,去土藿香三两,炙甘草二两半。共为细末,每服二钱,水一盏,加姜三片、枣一枚同煎至七分,热服。
Treats cold damage with headache, aversion to cold with vigorous fever, panting cough, the five taxations and seven damages, the eight varieties of wind-phlegm, the five varieties of diaphragmatic qi stagnation, cold pain in the heart and abdomen, stomach reflux with nausea and vomiting, watery diarrhea and cholera, empty rumblings of the viscera, mountain-mist malaria, and generalized puffy swelling. Da Fu Pi, Bai Zhi, Zi Su, and Fu Ling (skin removed) one liang each; Ban Xia Qu, Bai Zhu, Chen Pi (pith removed), Hou Po (coarse bark removed, ginger-juice-baked), and Ku Jie Geng two liang each; Huo Xiang (soil removed) three liang; honey-fried Gan Cao two and a half liang. Grind fine; per dose take two qian with a cup of water, three slices of ginger, and one date. Decoct to seven-tenths and drink hot.
